Join us…Make a Difference
If you love working with children, have relevant experience and a Bachelors or post-graduate degree in education, psychology or ABA – or are a qualified Speech Therapist – then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for suitably experienced and qualified people with the desire to make a difference in the lives of the families we work with and to work as a valued member of one of our several very close-knit teams.
Our key values as a company are professionalism, collaboration and compassion, and we strive to embody those in all areas of what we do, both as employers and as a company offering therapeutic services to the families we work with.
We will train you
A relevant degree and some relevant experience is essential, however you do not necessarily need to have previous experience of ABA before applying to work for us as you will be given a structured period of training when you join us. All of our instructors, regardless of previous experience, receive extensive in-house training under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst –training which is tailored to the specific and intensive therapeutic work we do and which will familiarise you fully with the principles of ABA and how to apply them to the required level of competency.
We will reward you
Beyond the reward of great job satisfaction, knowing you are genuinely changing lives and making a real difference, we can offer a rewarding package, including a competitive salary and generous annual leave. We are committed to investing in our staff via continuous, on-the-job training and strongly encourage all our employees towards continuing education. We will contribute towards the cost of ABA Board Certification or a Masters Program, any relevant online courses, and we offer BCBA clinical supervision to staff members studying towards their ABA Board Certification.
We have recently initiated a holistic health program to support our staff in the demanding work they all do, including health checks, nutritional advice, and even weekly yoga sessions at both our centres…all completely free of charge, to any of our valued employees wishing to take advantage of these benefits.
Equal Opportunities & Moving Up
We have a truly international team of people working ABC of Kuwait, with around 24 different nationalities among us. Enjoying working as part of a close team will be important, and as an equal opportunities employer, we aim to create a working environment in which our employees feel respected and valued, are rewarded and promoted on the basis of merit, and are able to make best use of their skills free from discrimination or harassment.
We offer excellent opportunities for career progression within the team structure, and we encourage any member of staff with ambition and commitment to apply for our more senior positions as they become available.
If you are excited at the possibility of joining a dynamic, evolving company where you will be in close relationship to the children and families you work with, as well as your team mates and colleagues, then please send us a current copy of your CV and a covering letter.
